For greater impact, get to know yourself better with six short quizzes

I offer several detailed skills, interests, values, thinking, learning, and personality type inventories as part of my coaching practice. They can provide a good prompt for your reflection and career planning. Hearing your reported preferences summarized in a feedback session and reflecting on whether that “feels right” can help you better understand yourself, your loved ones and colleagues. The power lies not simply in the tool itself, but the discussion and reflection aftewards. New insights can open up unexplored new avenues and point a way forward, for example in navigating situations with colleagues who experience things differently. If now is not the time for you to seek coaching, but you want a quick prompt for your thinking and career planning, check out the Government of Canada free quizzes you can do in just 5-10 minutes.
